三、项目建设理由和条件
    船用导航雷达属于船用仪表，是船舶配套关键设备。福州市现有“马尾造船股份有限公司”、“东南造船公司”、“冠海造船厂”和“华东造船厂”等多家大型造船总厂。近几年，福州造船工业发展迅速，造船规模不断增大，但是，船舶配套产业发展滞后，大部分船舶配套设备仍需外购，本地急需建立船用导航雷达生产企业。
四、项目建设规模和内容：年产船用导航雷达10000台。项目征地150亩，兴建厂房8-10万平方米。
五、拟合作方式：独资
六、项目总投资1000万美元，拟利用外资1000万美元。
七、经济效益分析：年销售收入4亿元，投资利润率20%，投资回收期6.8年。

3. Construction reasons and conditions
    Marine navigational radar belongs to a marine instrument and a key auxiliary device for the ship. There are several large-scale ship building plants such as “Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd.”, “Southeast Shipyard”, “Guanhai Shipyard”, “Huadong Shipyard”, and so on in Fuzhou at present. In recent years, the shipbuilding industry of Fuzhou develops rapidly and the shipbuilding scale enlarges constantly, however, development of auxiliary industries of ships lags behind and most auxiliary devices of ships need to be out-purchased, therefore, it is an urgent need to build a local marine navigational radar producing enterprise.
4. Construction scale and content: annual yield of marine navigational radar is 10,000 sets. Land requisitioned for the project is 150 Mu (one Mu is equal to 666.6m2) and 80,000-100,000 m2 of workshop will be built.
5. Cooperation form planned to be taken: sole proprietorship
6. Total investment: USD 10 million, foreign fund planned to be used is USD 10 million.
7. Expected economic efficiency analysis: annual sales revenue is 400 million Yuan, profit ratio of investment is 20% and investment recovery period is 6.8 years.
