三、项目建设理由和条件
    船用泵体属于船舶辅机，分为离心式、齿轮式、螺杆式、往复式，是船舶配套关键设备。福州市现有“马尾造船股份有限公司”、“东南造船公司”、“冠海造船厂”和“华东造船厂”等多家大型造船总厂。近几年，福州造船工业发展迅速，造船规模不断增大，但是，船舶配套产业发展滞后，大部分船舶配套设备仍需外购，本地急需建立关键船用泵生产企业。
四、项目建设规模和内容：年产船用泵30000台。项目征地150亩，兴建厂房8-10万平方米，船用泵生产线二条，以及研发中心等配备设施。
五、拟合作方式：独资
六、项目总投资1500万美元，拟利用外资1500万美元。
七、经济效益分析：年销售收入6亿元，投资利润率15%，投资回收期6年。

3. Construction reasons and conditions
    Marine pump belongs to a ship auxiliary engine, which can be divided into centrifugal type, gear type, screw type and reciprocating type, and is a key auxiliary device for the ship. There are several large-scale ship building plants such as “Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd.”, “Southeast Shipyard”, “Guanhai Shipyard”, “Huadong Shipyard”, and so on in Fuzhou at present. In recent years, the shipbuilding industry of Fuzhou develops rapidly and the shipbuilding scale enlarges constantly, however, development of auxiliary industries of ships lags behind and most auxiliary devices of ships need to be out-purchased, therefore, it is an urgent need to build a marine pump producing enterprise.
4. Construction scale and content: annual yield of marine pump is 30,000 sets. Land requisitioned for the project is 150 Mu (one Mu is equal to 666.6m2), 80,000-100,000 m2 of workshop, two marine pump production lines and auxiliary facilities such as research & development center, etc. will be built.

7. Expected economic efficiency analysis: annual sales revenue is 600 million Yuan, profit ratio of investment is 15% and investment recovery period is 6 years.
