三、项目建设理由和条件：
    电子铝箔是用于制作电容器等电子零部件的外壳的重要原材料，2005年国内电子铝箔市场需求约9000万平方米，预计到2010年，国内每年的需求会以15%的速度增长。目前国内对电子铝箔的年需求量约1.8万吨，国内尚有不少市场被国外同类产品占据，故投资电子铝箔潜力巨大，市场前景看好。
    电子信息产业是福州市的支柱产业之一，在福州地区投资生产电子铝箔具有良好的条件，其生产所需的铝板带材料，地处福州马尾的中铝瑞闽铝板带有限公司和地处福清的南方（中国）铝业有限公司均有生产。
四、项目建设规模和内容：建议该项目建设规模为年产包装电解电容器用铝箔6000吨。主要建设内容有：征地100亩，兴建厂房5万平方米，电解电容器用铝箔生产线三条。

3. Construction reasons and conditions:
    Electronic aluminum foil is an important raw material used for producing covers of electronic parts such as capacitor. In 2005, a demand of 90 million m2 of electronic aluminum foil was required in market in China and it is estimated that till 2010, annual demand for electronic aluminum foil will grows at a speed of 15% in China. At present, the annual demand for electronic aluminum foil is about 18,000 tons and much of the market is still occupied by similar products from abroad. Therefore, investment in electronic aluminum foil production enjoys great potential with great market prospect.
    Electronic and information industry is one of the pillar industries of Fuzhou, thus investment in electronic aluminum foil production enjoys good conditions. Aluminum strip materials used in the production are produced both in Chinalco Ruimin Co., Ltd. in Mawei, Fuzhou and Southern Aluminum Industry (China) Co., Ltd. in Fuqing.
4. Construction scale and content: the construction scale of the project is proposed to be an annul yield of 6,000 tons of aluminum foil used for packaging electrolytic capacitor. The main construction contents are that: 100 Mu (one Mu is equal to 666.6m2) of land will be requisitioned and 50,000 m2 of workshop and three production lines of aluminum foil used for packaging electrolytic capacitor will be built.
